SHOPPING MALL

Our focus is on the day-to-day property management of shopping centres, ensuring shoppers spend time and money in the centres.

ACTIVE SHOPPING MALL MANAGEMENT IN THE MARKET

Shopping centre property management forms a significant part of our UK managed property portfolio. By their nature these types of assets are very much in the public eye and many of our customers will form a personal bond with them. Our challenge as property managers is therefore to ensure that our managed shopping centres provide the best possible customer experience.

We have also invested heavily in complementary service lines to provide a fully comprehensive client service including sustainability and placemaking, car parking, commercialisation and research

Recognising the changing physical retail landscape we also work closely with other Divisions in creating comprehensive repurposing solutions for our clients which will ensure that our managed centres remain relevant and continue to meet customer needs.  Our mantra is quite simple, to be the best at what we do, and our clients can be assured that in working with our team they will have a partner that has the passion, drive and energy to deliver their vision.
